We stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period after purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Stride Airy warrants that the product you purchase will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.

What’s Covered

The Stride Airy Warranty covers:

Defects in materials
Faulty stitching
Separation of sole or upper
Hardware failures

If a product you purchased from us fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
Accidental damage
Alterations or repairs not performed by Stride Airy
Damage from improper care (e.g., using the wrong cleaning products, machine‑washing, etc.)
Loss or theft

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Email us at Support@strideairy.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect
Our support team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Please allow 3–5 business days for a response.

Return Shipping

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the product. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns.
