Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Stride Airy! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the date you received your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With all original packaging and tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or smell (perfume, smoke, etc.) may not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item (if applicable) in your return request. Our team will respond with instructions on how to send your return back to us.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item was shipped, or the item arrived damaged).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at Support@strideairy.com before returning the item. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items or clearance orders (if designated at purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
