Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the delivery method you selected at checkout.

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order, including:

The available shipping options and carriers will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be automatically applied at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package with the carrier’s tracking system.

If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at Support@strideairy.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most destinations worldwide, but certain locations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or customs regulations.

If your address cannot be serviced, you will be contacted by our customer support team to discuss alternative options.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to local import fees, duties, or taxes. These are determined by your local customs authorities and are your responsibility.

Stride Airy is not responsible for any customs delays, and we cannot predict the exact amount of fees that may be charged by your country.

8. Delivery Issues

If your tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check around your entryway, porch, garage, or with neighbors
  2. Contact the shipping carrier to confirm delivery location
  3. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at Support@strideairy.com with your order number and tracking info

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue to the carrier as soon as possible
  • Contact us at Support@strideairy.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
